This is the number of cars trained at the same time. A higher number may increase training speed but decreases your computer speed.
This is how much mutation is applied to the AI weights each generation. When the next generation starts, the AI model is based on the winner of the last generation with a % randonmness (mutation) added. This controls that randomness %. There's a sweet spot to be found between 0% and 100% that offers the fastest training speed.
